Somehow, I’ve become a bit of an HGTV addict. Right now, Property Brothers and Fixer Upper are my shows of choice. I often imagine myself on the shows being blessed with an awesome home renovation.

We’ve lived in our home for 13 years. And while the carpets have lots of wear and tear, there’s not much I’d change about our house. It’s quite perfect for us. With that being said, if I had a genie who could wave his magic wand (or had the Property Brothers to visit) I’d certainly wish for more counter space in my kitchen. There is nearly NONE. Every small appliance that I own is lining the kitchen counter. The clutter drives me crazy!

So when I spotted this cute little canister on a recent trip to Michaels I knew I had struck gold. This metal container is a perfect fit for my kitchen counter. It houses all of my cooking utensils that I use daily. And the red matches perfectly with my color scheme. The small black chalkboard patch is great for labeling. You can easily erase writing and re-label if desired.
